Job summary

ECCO Select Corporation seeks an experienced AEM Business Consultant / Product Owner to bridge client stakeholders and delivery teams on enterprise digital experience projects. You will translate business objectives into prioritized requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and agile teams.

You will apply strong AEM platform knowledge, lead discovery sessions, facilitate workshops, and mentor team members to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise web platforms, content management or digital experience implementations.
• 3+ years of direct client consulting experience.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst, with Scrum Master or Project Manager responsibilities.
• Experience managing backlogs and requirements using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements.
• Experience defining requirements for integrations, interfaces and migrations.
• Understanding of APIs, SaaS, cloud services and content management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Product Owner for enterprise AEM implementation engagements.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops with business, marketing, content and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Apply AEM platform knowledge to recommend practical solutions and implementation approaches.
• Define requirements for interfaces, integrations and production content or data migrations.
• Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, dependencies and delivery decisions.
• Identify gaps and project issues, evaluate options and present recommendations.
• Support acceptance testing, release readiness and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor team members and document reusable delivery practices.
