Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an Advisor, Innovation & Small Business to sell new accounts and renewals, building relationships with clients, prospects, the service team, insurance company partners, and centers of influence while identifying and soliciting sales prospects. This position is remote in the United States and requires meeting monthly new business goals.

You will present proposals, review coverages in detail, collect necessary documents, and brief the service team on policy sales.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to present proposals and explain insurance coverages clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, prospects, and partners.
• Self-starter who can influence others and work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Sell new accounts and renew existing accounts in line with firm goals.
• Present proposals, review coverages, and finalize sales and document collection.
• Develop prospects through networking, community involvement, and referrals from current accounts.
• Coordinate with service teams and insurance company partners to ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness to minimize errors and omissions risk.
• Travel as required by the role.
