Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analysis with requirements management, validation and delivery.
• Experience leading complex functional/technical/non-functional requirements for large projects.
• Familiarity with Healthcare, Medicaid, CMS, or MITA frameworks and enterprise delivery life cycles.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, risk management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, design validation and acceptance criteria for large scale projects.
• Establish measurable acceptance criteria, validation methods, traceability and governance.
• Coordinate requirements, solution design, stakeholder reviews and approvals to accelerate delivery.
• Validate functional, technical and nonfunctional requirements using design docs and risk-based validation.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between objectives, requirements, designs, testing and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison between business, product, development, testing and client teams.
• Perform quality reviews of requirements, acceptance criteria, designs and evidence.
• Mentor business analysts and project teams on best practices.
