- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Proven experience leading Agile, Scrum, SAFe delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Oversee release planning, risk, dependencies, and delivery governance.
- Coordinate with business, product, architecture, development, QA, and operations teams.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide executive status reporting and stakeholder updates.
