Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Advanced - Cooling Technical Support Specialist to join our remote U.S. team, focusing on advanced troubleshooting for mission-critical liquid cooling systems in data centers. You will assist customers, guide field personnel, and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.

You will own complex issues, analyze alarms and performance data, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and training teams to drive prompt resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/R, refrigeration, chiller, or liquid cooling
• Experience reading electrical schematics and working with electrical systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely and guide others

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advanced resource for mission-critical liquid cooling systems
• Own complex technical issues and escalations requiring deep troubleshooting
• Support customers and field personnel with advanced diagnostics and issue resolution
• Analyze alarms, data, schematics, and docs to identify root causes and actions
• Document troubleshooting activity and maintain records in Case Management/CRM
• Provide remote guidance for fault isolation and troubleshooting
• Assist with system startup, commissioning, and deployment activities
• Identify parts needed for repairs and resolutions
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Create and update knowledge articles and service documentation
• Support training for customers and teams
• Maintain expertise on evolving liquid cooling technologies
• Attend occasional site visits and 24/7 on-call rotations
