Faith Technologies is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineer-Lead to design scalable, efficient manufacturing systems and to lead a team across Excellerate locations. You will influence cost, quality, and delivery performance by applying operating system principles.

The ideal candidate demonstrates systems thinking, advanced problem solving, and data‑driven decisions. You will mentor engineers, promote Kaizen, and drive NPI industrialization with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience.
• Travel: remote role with up to 25% annual travel to Excellerate locations.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead a team focused on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
• Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models to support data-driven decisions.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
