Qualifications

• Experience in distribution centers, labor standards, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leads Manufacturing Engineering portion of customer/project interviews.
• Assigns engineering resources to deliver projects within Excellerate.
• Provides coaching and performance evaluations to team members.
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for engineering and CAD services.
• Supports operations engineering and maintains facility layouts with AutoCAD.
• Drives safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across sites.
