Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Technology, or a related field of study.
Seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Five (5) years involving troubleshooting/maintaining Honeywell Sheet Manufacturing Scanners.
Three (3) years involving in ABB Sheet Manufacturing Scanners.
Experience producing and reading electrical schematics, network diagrams, and P&IDs.
Experience with VMware Virtualization and Cisco Networking.
System software installation and configuration; and Application software configuration.

Responsibilities

Provide technical presentations to customers, industry peers and competitors.
Promote revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in field service and product development processes.
Promote cross-functional collaboration to fix administrative issues related to delivery and installation of equipment.
Act as escalation point for Field Service Specialists and Service Engineers.
