• Promote revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in field service and product development processes.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to fix administrative issues related to delivery and installation of equipment.
• Act as escalation point for Field Service Specialists and Service Engineers.

Expectations and Tasks:

Provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. Promote revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. Promote cross-functional groups within the organization to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Technology, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.

BASE SALARY: $121,139 per year
