Job summary

Blink Digital is seeking a Manager - Business Growth & Development to lead the growth of Blink Digital Mobile across APAC, MENA and LATAM with a remote-first approach.

You will own strategic partnerships with agencies and large brand advertisers, drive revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and scale new clients.

The role requires a hands-on, goal-oriented leader who can operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Adtech/mobile sales or business development.
• Experience handling complex, high‑value deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising platforms and ecosystems.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across large agencies and direct brands.
• Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets for APAC, MENA and LATAM.
• Activate and grow new advertiser accounts and support the team to accelerate growth.
• Engage senior leadership at advertisers and agencies to create joint plans.
• Collaborate with Global Client Services, Supply, and Marketing for onboarding.
