Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Remote Data Acquisition Specialist to manage provider onboarding, licensing, and data feeds. You will coordinate intake with the Data Ingestion team, maintain documentation, and monitor provider performance against SLAs.

The role requires 2–4 years in related data roles, strong data literacy, and excellent communication skills to translate licensing constraints to stakeholders. This position is remote with national scope.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data acquisition, vendor management, data governance or product support.
• Hands-on familiarity with data products, licensing models, and data integration.
• Comfort navigating data structures, APIs, and file delivery methods (SFTP, cloud storage, feeds).
• Strong ability to read licensing agreements and usage metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake prerequisites with the Data Ingestion team for new providers.
• Maintain technical documentation for data feeds, schemas, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot delivery failures, format anomalies, or feed interruptions.
• Track NDA and license agreement lifecycles from initiation to execution.
• Log contractual parameters in central tracking systems.
• Maintain Data Acquisition Salesforce with provider status and renewal data.
• Monitor SLAs, delivery timeliness, and data quality against agreements.
• Reconcile usage, data volumes, and invoice details with procurement.
