Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Adobe Marketing Technology Expert for an AI training and evaluation project. This contract role is remote and focuses on testing workflows across Adobe Workfront, AEM, CJA, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud in enterprise marketing operations.

You'll document findings, highlight usability issues, and provide practical feedback to improve AI models. Strong communication and independent work in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, AEM, CJA, Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of enterprise marketing, content, campaign and digital experience workflows.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize marketing technology processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate marketing workflows using Adobe Workfront, AEM, CJA, Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud.
• Assess integrations between content, campaign management, analytics and digital experience platforms.
• Identify workflow errors, inefficiencies, inconsistencies and unrealistic AI-generated outcomes.
• Provide clear feedback on usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience.
