Job summary

Responsibilities

Test and evaluate marketing workflows using Adobe Workfront, AEM, CJA, Analytics and Experience Cloud.
Assess integrations between content, campaign management, analytics and digital experience platforms.
Identify workflow errors, inefficiencies and unrealistic AI-generated outcomes.
Provide clear feedback on usability, workflow accuracy and user experience.
Recommend improvements based on enterprise marketing and content operations best practices.
Document findings and provide actionable feedback for AI model improvement.
Evaluate relevant tool connectors and workplace integrations.
Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.
