You will review applications, evaluate eligibility, interpret policies, and guide students through orientation and enrollment with a strong customer-service approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related experience in student services, higher education, admissions, or enrollment.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and related applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective student qualifications and determine enrollment pathways.
• Review transcripts and admissions documentation to assess eligibility.
• Explain admissions requirements and guide students through Orientation and enrollment.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide timely communication via phone, email, virtual meetings, and CRM/EAB systems.
