Job summary

Abilene Christian University is seeking an Admissions Manager to supervise online program admissions teams and drive enrollment through effective policies and training. You will forecast new student flow and manage daily enrollment activities, reporting directly to the Director of Enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required; advanced degree desirable.
• 1–2 years in an Enrollment/admissions function preferred.
• Proficient with internet search and online communications; detail oriented.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent customer service.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead admissions teams for ACU's online programs.
• Execute policies ensuring regulatory compliance and enrollment goals.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance reviews to the admissions team.
• Forecast new student numbers, plan group sizes, and drive retention strategies.
• Communicate effectively with staff, prospective and current students by phone, email, or in person.
