Job summary

Alsana is seeking an Admissions Liaison to be the first contact for prospective clients and guide them through the early admissions steps. You’ll engage leads, share information about treatment options, and coordinate a warm handoff to an Admissions Counselor.

Based in the United States, this role supports a compassionate, fast-paced environment with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 am–3:30 pm PT). A bachelor’s degree and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong, compassionate communication skills.
• Sales-minded with urgency and follow-through.
• Ability to solve problems, manage priorities, and work fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and be the initial contact for prospective clients.
• Reengage leads and provide information about Alsana and treatment options.
• Determine initial client interest and program viability.
• Create qualified inquiries in Salesforce and coordinate follow-up.
• Manage engagement through online chat, web inquiries, and other lead platforms.
• Maintain timely follow-up to move candidates through admissions.
• Collaborate with Admissions team to ensure a smooth client experience.

As an Admissions Liaison, you'll serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients and help guide them through the early stages of the admissions process. You'll engage incoming leads, provide information about treatment options, and coordinate a warm handoff to an Admissions Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Create qualified inquiries in Salesforce and coordinate followup with Admissions Counselors.

• Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience preferred.
