• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment.
• Engage prospective students via phone and email to drive enrollment.
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess needs and present APUS program benefits.
• Facilitate enrollment by coordinating documentation, transfer credits, and financing options.
