Job Corps is seeking a Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator for the Shriver Job Corps Center in Devens, MA, managed by Adams and Associates. You will lead student recruitment, assess eligibility, and coordinate arrivals with community partners.

This role is primarily remote with periodic in-person center visits and tours, requiring strong data handling, confidentiality, and collaboration with schools, agencies, and services to ensure smooth enrollment and retention.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in human services or closely related field.
• Two years related experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with admissions or youth development programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students.
• Identify and develop center-beneficial partnerships for student benefit.
• Determine student qualifications, eligibility, and enrollment suitability.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student data.
• Ensure center meets or exceeds performance goals.
• Conduct comprehensive screening procedures for eligibility.
• Conduct career counseling during the admissions process.
• Serve as a liaison to Center staff to facilitate enrollment and retention.
• Collaborate with community agencies and schools to inform prospects.
• Develop and maintain referral linkages in the community.
• Conduct center tours, pre-arrival visits, and parent meetings.
• Work with staff from all departments to ensure services.
• Accept direction from Center Director/Shift Manager; perform other duties.
