Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Services Officer 2 in the Mission Partners Division, Business & Finance Unit. This role supports Anaplan maintenance, data validation, and automated reporting for state and federal funding.

You will collaborate with analysts, ensure data integrity, and provide financial reporting support to program staff and leadership. Remote work within Arizona is available for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Two years or more responsible experience in finance, budgeting or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite/Workplace is expected.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Data Management: improve accuracy and validation; support reporting for state/federal funding; automate data uploads.
• Anaplan System Maintenance & Development: support standardized maintenance and prioritization of issues.
• Customer Service & Collaboration: provide high-level financial reporting support to staff and leadership.
