Qualifications

• Budgeting and fiscal management analysis.
• Maintain fiscal compliance and resource efficiency.
• Financial & quantitative modeling for forecasting.
• Policy & process audit against state rules and guidelines.
• Administrative writing for agency leadership.
• Analytical problem solving using multiple data sources.
• Oral and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administrative workflows & program compliance: refine operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Budgetary & fiscal analysis: prepare budgets and develop financial projections using data sources.
• Operational analysis & strategic reporting: generate ad-hoc and routine analytical reports for leadership.
• Stakeholder liaison: coordinate with internal units and external partners to resolve bottlenecks.
