Position: Remote Administrative Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Contract Type: Monthly Service Contract (Contractor)

Compensation: USD $700–$800/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Role:

We are a dynamic U.S.-based company seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support our operations from Colombia. This is a fully remote position designed for someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and is grounded in strong personal and professional habits.

The core function of this role includes managing inbound and outbound pre-sell calls, providing product information, and assisting prospects in the early stages of the sales process. Your ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and communicate clearly will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound pre-sell calls to answer product inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, document organization, and email management.
  • Assist with customer and supplier communications via email and phone, primarily in English.
  • Support the team with reporting, follow-ups, and task coordination.
  • Maintain organized digital records and help streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate with teams in the U.S. during Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: Advanced conversational level (minimum CEFR B2 / TOEFL iBT score 90+) – able to hold calls and understand native speakers with confidence.
  • Based in Miami, FL, Bogotá, CO, Medellín, CO, with reliable internet access and a professional home working environment.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and customer service or call center roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Aligned with the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – proactive, organized, prioritizes first things first, and communicates with empathy and clarity.
