What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate Managing Directors' calendars efficiently through Outlook
- Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare and submit expense reports for Managing Directors using Concur
- Assist with client invoice and allocation processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Help plan, coordinate, and attend internal and client-facing events as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in Business Operations, preferably within consulting or professional services
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support multiple executives
- Demonstrated project management and time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in a business-related field is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
- Proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required
