• Master’s degree in a human services field or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in human services or counseling-related roles.
• 2+ years online teaching or field teaching experience.
• Experience with online learning platforms (LMS).
• Knowledge of current trends in human services.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lead Faculty to deliver instruction.
• Provide instruction aligned with CTU curricula and outcomes.
• Engage students and encourage participation with professionalism.
• Maintain weekly office hours for student questions.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Refer students to advising, tutoring, and career services.
• Participate in CTU's academic governance and assessments.
• Complete required faculty training and certifications.
• Post prompts and responses in course discussions.
• Document licensures, certifications and professional experience.
