Qualifications

• Masters in Public Administration required.
• Online teaching experience at the college level preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging instructional materials aligned with CTU curricula and outcomes.
• Deliver instruction in assigned courses including labs/work integral to courses.
• Engage with students to encourage participation while maintaining professionalism.
• Relate professional experience to CTU's Professional Learning Model and industry trends.
• Maintain accessibility and timely responsiveness via CTU channels.
• Establish weekly office hours for student questions and support.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Document student course activities and progress.
• Collaborate with CTU teams to identify and support at-risk students.
• Refer students to co-curricular resources.
• Participate in academic governance and assessment processes.
• Complete required faculty certification and training.
• Provide updated licensures, certifications, and CVs as applicable.
• Work with Program Chair/Lead Faculty.
