Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree ( Doctorate preferred) with 3–5 years in criminal justice and 2 years teaching either online or in-person. CTU offers a flexible schedule and per-credit-hour compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in criminal justice or related field.
• Doctorate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years criminal justice experience.
• 2 years teaching online or in-field.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses aligned with CTU curricula.
• Engage with students to promote participation.
• Maintain weekly office hours for student support.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Refer students to support resources.
• Participate in governance and faculty development.
