Job summary

Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school hiring a fully remote ADHD Specialist to support students with ADHD and executive function challenges. The role is 100% virtual from anywhere in the U.S., focusing on structure, routines, and academic strategies while students train in their sport.

You will work with students via video, meeting regularly to build personalized systems and habits that translate into classroom success and athletic excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with ADHD or executive function challenges.
• Ability to coach and build routines that stick.
• Excellent communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Executive Function Coaching: work one-on-one with students on time management and planning.
• Individual Student Support: regular video sessions to address academic challenges.
• Small-Group Sessions: run focused groups on study skills and organization.
• Partner With Guides and Coaches: ensure consistent support across the day.
• Parent Communication: provide updates on strategies and progress.
• Platform Support: help students navigate learning platforms for focus.
