Job summary

Texas Sports Academy is seeking a fully remote ADHD Specialist to support K-12 students with ADHD or executive function challenges, enabling continued academic progress while training at a high level in sport. You will work with students over video from anywhere in the U.S., building structure and strategies tailored to each learner's needs.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with ADHD students with concrete examples of skill-building.
• Coaching approach that builds routines and adapts when a strategy stops working.
• Strong listening and communication with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one executive function coaching via video.
• Lead small-group study skills sessions focusing on organization and habits.
• Collaborate with guides and athletic coaches to ensure consistency of support.
• Communicate progress, strategies, and growth areas to parents regularly.
• Assist students with platform setup and navigation to support focus.
