Job summary

Texas Sports Academy is hiring a fully remote ADHD Specialist to support students with ADHD and executive function challenges, helping them stay on track academically while training in sport.

You will work with students over video across the U.S., provide executive function coaching, and coordinate with guides and coaches to ensure consistent support.

Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field required; experience in education or psychology preferred; bilingual a bonus.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with ADHD students and ability to point to examples of skill-building that stuck.
• Coaching routines and systems that survive beyond the first two weeks and adapt when needed.
• Clear listening and plain-language communication with students, parents and staff.
• Comfortable in competitive youth athletics and able to build trust with student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Executive Function Coaching: One-on-one with students on time management, task initiation, planning, and self-monitoring.
• Individual Student Support: Regular video sessions to tackle academic challenges, build routines, and problem-solve.
• Small-Group Sessions: Focused groups on study skills, organization, and academic habits.
• Partner With Guides and Coaches: Collaborate to ensure consistent support across a student's day.
• Parent Communication: Regular updates to parents on strategies, progress, and growth areas.
• Platform Support: Help students set up and navigate learning platforms to support focus.
