Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required; 0–2 years of experience is ideal. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to hold genuine conversations with 9‑ to 16‑year‑olds and understand emotional cues.
• Write concise and professional updates for parents or coaches.

Responsibilities

• Help students build skills for handling performance pressure and peer dynamics.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and goals.
• Lead small-group workshops on topics like time management and healthy competition.
