Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching on time management, planning, and self-monitoring.
• Meet regularly with each student via video to address challenges and routines.
• Lead small-group sessions on study skills and academic habits.
• Collaborate with guides and coaches to ensure consistency across the day.
• Communicate progress and growth strategies to parents.
• Assist students with learning platforms to support focus.
