Job summary

Mainspring Recovery is seeking a dedicated Therapist to support adults in recovery across multiple levels of care. This PRN therapist role focuses on individualized and group counseling, with emphasis on substance use disorder treatment and recovery planning.

Responsibilities include intake, treatment planning, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and proper documentation. This position offers flexible hours in a remote setting and competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Addictions Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
• License preferred: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP (or under supervision).

Responsibilities

• Complete intake assessments following pre-assessment.
• Develop individualized service and treatment plans.
• Present clients in treatment team meetings.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions.
• Facilitate didactic lectures, client groups, and other therapeutic activities.
• Maintain contact with relevant individuals involved in client care.
• Collaborate with Case Management and other team members.
• Support discharge planning and referral coordination.
• Meet all documentation requirements for accreditation, licensing, and billing.
