Job summary

Parkdale Center is seeking an experienced PRN Therapist to join our PHP/IOP team in Chesterton, IN. This role works as needed on day shifts or weekends, with possible evening remote sessions up to 3 days/week to support clients.

We specialize in addiction treatment for professionals and emphasize collaborative, high-quality care, evidence-based practices, and a strong 12‑Step recovery framework to help clients achieve lasting recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Current or provisional licensure preferred (LCAC/LCACA, LMHC/LMHCA, LSW/LCSW).
• Knowledge of the 12-Step recovery model.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Graduate students welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conducting intakes and comprehensive assessments.
• Facilitating group therapy and individual counseling sessions.
• Case management and treatment planning.
• Leading family sessions when appropriate.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment providers.
• Providing psychoeducation.

Our facility utilizes innovative programs and solutions that meet those struggling with substance use disorder. We are currently seeking an experienced PRN Therapist to join our PHP/IOP team to work as needed on day shifts or weekend shifts.
