Affect is seeking a Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor to deliver virtual individual and group sessions from a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace in Oregon. Licensure as CADC-I/II/III or LCSW/LMFT/LPC is required, with credentials verified through the State Board.

Counselors provide evidence-based therapy, document in the EMR, and collaborate with supervisors on treatment and discharge planning while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Oregon-resident with active state licenses (CADC-I/II/III or LCSW/LMFT/LPC)
• Credentials must be verified via the State Board
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and EMR/telehealth platforms
• Strong commitment to recovery and collaborative, startup environment
• Credentialing requirements include HIPAA compliance and state regulations

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate readiness and level of care
• Facilitate individual and group counseling using evidence-based curriculum
