Zusammenfassung

Affect is seeking a Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our remote team. This full-time role will conduct intake assessments, lead individual and group counseling, and coordinate crisis and referrals for Members in recovery.

Arizona-licensed professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LIAC, LACT, or LAAC) based in the U.S. are welcome to apply; a private HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet are required. Remote work flexibility is offered with a salary range of $55,000–$70,000.

Qualifikationen

• Active and verifiable license from AZ: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LIAC, LACT or LAAC
• Proficient with EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and office suites
• Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced startup environment
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet

Aufgaben

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect's curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
