BBB Heart of Texas is seeking an Ad Sales Representative to drive advertising revenue with BBB Accredited Businesses across a predominantly remote territory. You will consult on marketing needs, promote BBB accreditation, and close solutions that align with BBB standards.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, quota attainment, and cross-functional collaboration, with uncapped commissions and a 40-hour work week. A strong focus on phone-based selling and client education is key.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (1+ year)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO, and social media (preferred)
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Self-motivated mindset with strong time management

Responsibilities

• Sell advertising products to BBB Accredited Businesses in your territory
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and retention targets
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Build Strong Relationships
• Establish and nurture long-term client partnerships
• Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
• Become a trusted advisor to business owners
