BBB Heart of Texas is seeking an energetic Ad Sales Representative to promote BBB Accreditation and advertising solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. You will engage business owners daily, consult on marketing needs, and build a portfolio of advertisers.

This remote role offers uncapped commissions, a 40-hour work week, and ongoing training within a mission-driven team that values integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (1+ year) required; outbound or call center sales a plus.
• Confidence in phone-based selling and relationship building.
• Familiarity with digital advertising and basic marketing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell advertising products to BBB Accredited Businesses in your territory.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and retention targets.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Educate clients on BBB products and services and close business confidently.
