Job summary

Nimble Talent is seeking a detail-oriented digital operations specialist to support multiple client accounts. You will handle campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, optimization, tagging, reporting, and content creation across platforms like DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and social networks.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with digital marketing terms, experience with Photoshop or Canva, and a proactive approach to QA and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PPT (pivot table/chart, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with digital marketing language or digital marketing experience (programmatic, paid social, paid search).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Provide executional support for multiple accounts by performing tasks including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing & optimizations, tagging, reporting, screenshots, content creation, and troubleshooting.
• Work across platforms including Google DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more
• Audit data quality and implement fixes and updates where needed
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with project leads to obtain details required to complete tasks
• Receive and incorporate feedback to improve performance and efficiency
• Support team in developing more efficient processes and solutions
