Job summary

Airwave Media is seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to own the operational systems behind our advertising business. The role starts broad, combining core advertising operations with early account-management tasks, then evolves to define processes and scale the team.

You will work with the COO and senior leaders across Google Ad Manager, YouTube, Megaphone, and other platforms, building efficient workflows, coaching Account Managers, and aligning sales and operations as Airwave grows.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in advertising operations and digital media.
• Ability to design scalable operational processes.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and Account Management.
