MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Ad Operations Coach to prepare new and existing staff for accurate, efficient, and compliant digital advertising operations. This individual-contributor role delivers training across onboarding, refresher, and cross-training programs and partners with subject matter experts.

The position requires at least two years of hands-on Ad Operations experience, plus demonstrated training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of two years hands-on Ad Operations experience in campaign setup, trafficking, QA, monitoring or reporting.
• Experience delivering structured training or onboarding, in Ad Operations or another discipline.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform listed above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Training Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training in classroom and virtual environments.
• Curriculum and Documentation: Create training materials, exercises, assessments, SOPs, and job aids.
• Assessment, Readiness, and Skill Reviews: Conduct knowledge checks and determine production readiness for progression.
• Post-Training Support and Collaboration: Support nesting and early production, track outcomes, and share progress with stakeholders.
