MicroSourcing International is seeking a Creative Operations Team Lead to oversee concept development, design direction, and visual standards for digital campaigns, sites, and social media. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of designers and developers, ensuring on-brand, accessible, and high-quality output.

The role combines creative leadership with hands-on design, using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5+ years of digital design, creative production or agency experience.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring creative professionals.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma proficiency.
• Strong portfolio of digital ads, UI/UX, responsive design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead concept development, creative direction, and visual standards for campaigns, sites, pages, and social media.
• Coach and mentor a team of creative designers and developers, manage resources and workloads.
• Design and refine assets, design systems, prototypes, and reusable components in Figma/Adobe CC.
• Prepare organized, developer-ready files and perform final QA for brand alignment and accessibility.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align design with goals and constraints.
