Job summary

WTW is seeking an AsaHealth and Benefits Financial/Actuarial Senior Director to lead the financial strategy for large, complex client engagements. You will apply advanced actuarial and analytical expertise to shape funding, plan design and innovative financial solutions while mentoring teams across regions.

The role demands strong client leadership, revenue generation, and executive-level communication. Hybrid work with a mix of remote and in-office collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies in a consulting or brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.
• Track record of success in managing and growing client relationships.
• Deep understanding and expert knowledge in all aspects of employee benefit plan design, underwriting and funding concepts.
• Proven ability to lead data analytic projects.
• Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in health and welfare plan strategy and leading the development of new intellectual capital.
• Executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and delivers complex concepts and financial/actuarial analytics results to drive client action and improve plan performance.
• Leads medium to large clients’ financial/actuarial engagements.
• Develops and delivers the financial/actuarial strategy for a portfolio of medium and/or large clients.
• Drives revenue growth through client sales of additional actuarial, financial, and/or risk solutions.
• Provides consulting quality reviews and client delivery for all types of financial/actuarial deliverables.
• Guides team (regional and global) on deliverables based on client need; reviews models and presentations for client delivery.
• Builds relationships internally and collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams.
