Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• 4+ actuarial exams passed with active ASA pursuit.
• 4+ years actuarial work experience.
• Experience with forecasting, reserving, financial reporting, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with analytical tools SAS/SQL/Python/R/BI tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support actuarial analyses for dental reserving, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain actuarial models and reporting tools.
• Analyze claim experience, reserve development, and performance drivers.
• Produce analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting.
• Support reserve studies and actuarial analyses for management reporting.
• Contribute to actuarial opinion support and governance documentation.
• Evaluate impact of experience changes on results and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders.
