CAI is seeking a skilled Server Administrator to join the Remote Work initiative. You will manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server lifecycles in an enterprise environment, leveraging PowerShell automation and CIS baseline implementations.

The role emphasizes documentation, adherence to change control, and collaboration within the Server Operations Team. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in AD, GP, and Windows Server administration, with Azure DevOps experience for managing work

Qualifications

• Experience with AD: domain services, replication, delegation, permissions, and DC troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Group Policy design, scoping, filtering, and change control in large environments.
• Strong PowerShell skills: modules, error handling, remote execution, and automation.
• Experience implementing CIS benchmarks on Windows endpoints via GPO/scripts.
• Windows Server administration and lifecycle management experience.
• Documentation of work in SOPs/runbooks/change records; Azure DevOps familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Execute AD, Group Policy, and permissions work backlog including GPO creation and retirement.
• Implement CIS baselines through GPO and scripted remediation.
• Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, and reporting.
• Identify repetitive tasks and develop automation to replace manual steps.
• Manage Windows Server lifecycle at enterprise scale: build, patching, upgrading, decommissioning.
• Work prioritized tasks with Server Operations Team Manager and Senior Server Administrator.
• Log and track work items in Azure DevOps; follow change management processes.
• Store scripts, GPO docs, runbooks, and SOPs in DevOps; cross-skill with team.
