CAI is seeking an experienced Server Administrator to join our remote-friendly team. You will manage Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server lifecycle at an enterprise scale.

You'll work with the Server Operations Team Manager to implement CIS baselines, automate tasks, and maintain documentation in Azure DevOps. This full-time, remote role offers growth within a global services firm.

Formación

• 5+ years of Active Directory: domain services, replication, permissions, and DC troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of Group Policy design, scoping, filtering, troubleshooting, and change control.
• 5+ years of PowerShell: modules, error handling, remote execution, scripts.
• 3+ years implementing CIS benchmarks on Windows endpoints via GPO/scripted remediation.
• 5+ years Windows Server administration: build, patching, upgrading, decommissioning.
• Experience documenting work in SOPs, runbooks, and change records.
• Experience with Azure DevOps boards and formal change control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute AD, GPO work backlog including creation, testing, retirement, and access changes.
• Implement CIS baselines through GPO and scripting per Senior Server Administrator guidance.
• Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, auditing, and reporting.
• Identify repetitive tasks and develop automation solutions with tested scripts.
• Manage Windows Server lifecycle at enterprise scale: build, patch, upgrade, decommission.
• Log, track, and prioritize work in Azure DevOps; follow change management processes.
• Document runbooks, SOPs, and scripts; store all artifacts in Azure DevOps.
• Cross-skill with Senior Server Administrator to share knowledge across AD/GPO/CIS.
• Adapt to on-prem duties as team responsibilities shift under manager direction.
