Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking ability.
• Existing insurance license (P&C, Life and Health) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls and emails.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support goals.
• Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies.
• Track activity and report progress toward objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Education
