We help financial advisors grow by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects and optimize campaigns for efficiency. The Opportunity is a hands-on strategist role owning client accounts from strategy through execution, including bi-weekly calls, Meta campaign management, and tracking integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact; lead bi-weekly client calls.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly and Zapier automations.
