Caliber is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to help manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliation for our fully remote digital fitness services. This role supports reliable cash flow and accurate customer records in a remote environment.

You will handle invoices, monitor receivables, record payments, and assist with month-end close, aiming for timely, error-free financials. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and independent, detail-oriented work are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounts receivable, billing, or cash application experience.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and maintains customer invoices, monitors receivables aging, and follows up on outstanding payments.
• Records incoming payments, reconciles accounts, and resolves billing discrepancies promptly.
• Assists with month-end close, receivables reporting, and process improvements.
