• 1-3 years of high-volume Accounts Receivable and deduction resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify the validity of invoicing discrepancies by researching customer claims and coordinating with internal departments and customers.
• Dispute invalid deductions and follow up with customers to obtain documentation or repayment within department goals.
