GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance team. You’ll manage customer accounts, drive timely collections, and resolve payment issues in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role requires aligning with Eastern Time Zone business hours and collaborating with Sales and leadership to reduce delinquencies while maintaining accurate postings for checks, ACH, wire, and card payments.

Competenze

• 2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid customer service and communication skills for collections conversations.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and internal partners.
• Working knowledge of accounting and ERP/manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with basic financial calculations, including percentages and reconciliations.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with timely collections and delinquency reduction (DSO).
• Conduct collection calls and written correspondence in a high-volume environment.
• Provide responsive customer service related to billing inquiries, short payments, disputes, and discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain account postings for checks, ACH, wire, and credit card payments.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies; process debit/credit memos as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and senior leadership to accelerate resolution of past-due accounts.
