Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing experience in high-volume environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent AR experience considered
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Viewpoint and Sage
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
